Shirley R Neer

Shirley Ruth Neer 79 of Buffalo, NY, Lansdale, PA and Panama City, FL passed away Friday, November 29, 2024, in Panama City. Shirley was a veteran and was a member of the American Legion in each state that she has lived. Her most recent was American Legion Post 392. She was also a member of the LaFemmes. The women’s organization supporting the Forty and Eight Military Veterans. She was a convenience store clerk until her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her husband Beryl F. Neer Jr., 3 sons Michael, Tracy and Kelly Neer, her brother David Gray.

Survivors include her daughter Lisa Neer, her husband Robert Buse and their daughter Delana Buse of Panama City, Son Jeff Bates of Cheektowaga, NY and his daughter Ashley Bates of Cheektowaga, NY , granddaughter Echo Buse and her partner Jason Mote, brother Charles Gray of Panama City, Fl , sister Linda Lemke of West Seneca, NY, grandsons Trevor and Dilon Neer, great grandchildren Madison, Ronnie and Mariah Mote of Panama City, FL.
